Tennessee Eagle Forum mailed Questionnaires to each of the candidates for the State House, State Senate and Governor with a deadline for their return. Some questionnaires are still coming in, so keep checking back.
The Questionnaire and the chart containing their answers are now posted below. To say that this election is the most important in our lifetime is NOT an understatement. This is THE YEAR to pick a candidate who shares your values and work to get him or her elected.
Don't wake up on August 6th or November 3rd wishing you had done just a little more.

Leadership Institute Study on Corporate PACs Released You can review how 1188 business and association PACs gave money to candidates to see their political leanings in 8 different categories. The study only looks at businesses that gave or spent $25,000 or more in 2005-06. Morton C. Blackwell, President of the Leadership Institute, said, "This study empowers the consumer to patronize businesses whose giving is consistent with his or her values and beliefs. By shopping more selectively, people can influence giving patterns of major PACs."
