Omar Hamada, MD

Omar L. Hamada, MD, MBA, MATS (FAAFP | FACOG | FICS), United States Army Special Operations Command Flight Surgeon and Diving Medical Officer, a decorated veteran, previously Lieutenant Colonel of the United States Army Special Forces (Airborne), is an accomplished physician and business executive in both civilian and military healthcare markets living in Tennessee with his wife, Dr. Tara Hamada, and their four amazing children. He was awarded and is the recipient of the Bronze Star Medal.

Hamada is the founder and CEO of Executive Operations Group (top veterans of Delta Force, Navy SEALs, and Army Special Forces train civilians in survival, tactical shooting, hand to hand combat, first aid, and situational awareness), PrimdeVie (a revolutionary personalized medicine practice using genomics and cutting edged technologies to reverse disease and focus on human performance optimization), and Hamadé Fitness (OsteoStrong and VASPER technologies to reverse osteoporosis and improve cardiovascular and neurological function). He is co-Chair of VASPER's Scientific Advisory Board and is the Chief Medical Advisor for Vollara - a NASA/Space-certified health technology and wellness company. Hamada serves on several boards and committees for organizations such as REBOOT Combat Recovery, the Tennessee Medical Association, and INSBank. He has worked in various leadership capacities for Fortune 500 companies such as Pfizer, TeamHealth, and HCA.

Hamada earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Chemistry from Union University, a Masters of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University's Owen School, a Masters in Theology from Columbia International University's Seminary and Graduate School of Missions, and a Doctorate of Medicine from University of Tennessee's College of Medicine. Hamada has completed residencies at the University of Tennessee, and is board certified in both Family Medicine, as well as, Obstetrics & Gynecology. He was also granted a Fellowship in Sports Medicine for his years served in the United States Army Special Forces, (Airborne) as a Flight Surgeon and Diving Medical Officer. Hamada is ordained as a Southern Baptist minister, and is a graduate of the Arrow Leadership Program and the Tennessee Medical Association's Physician Leadership College. He has also received intensive training from Sage Hill Counseling and the Robbins/Madanes Institute for Strategic Intervention.

Hamada and his family attend Fellowship Bible Church, and he sings as a classically trained spinto tenor in the style of Mario Lanza, and plays classical and jazz trumpet. His mentors include Leighton Ford, Dan Sullivan, Tony Robbins, and the late Adrian Rogers. His passion is to change the world.
